Every time he attacks on a continent where I don't have any bases there's nothing I can do. 3 of them sit on the continent he spawns. I got 4 planes split across North+South America and Europe. He has a lot of ships and some of them take a lot of fire power to bring down. The Behemoth is corrupting havens and I have to send a squad to clear them out. Originally posted by EvilJoshy:I'm near the end of the game. Am I unaware of something I could be doing better or was this DLC poorly implemented? At this rate I might have to start over again because there's not many people left. I can't exactly expand because of the supplies required to reactivate a base+build a sat uplink to find points of interest. I'm at the point where I need multiple planes to stand a chance at taking out some of the bigger ships and even with that I need to save scum. I've beaten the game on Legend and I'm down to Normal because I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is the game telling me I should raid the factions? I've tried 2 play throughs since the dlc came out. I just can't spare the supplies and man power to find them. I haven't even attempted trying to find the ancient sites for the ultimate weapons. I'm burning through supplies just keeping myself well stocked and building new bases just so I can reach the story missions that are outside my range. Overall? Wait till you can get it for a fiver.I'm near the end of the game. Tactical movement and firing are more flexible. Come up with something original for goodness sake. The politics are half baked nonsense culled from any half dozen pulp sci fi novels. Again, who thought this would be a good idea? Its poorly thought out rubbish. The air to air combat is the most ridiculous, childish, space invaders nonsense. Players units can look round corners but not over ledges? Sack whoever did this. Bears no relation to reality and was evidently coded by a fool. For instance, an enemy cannot be seen by standing directly below your units if yours are on a higher level. Psychic warfare? Give us I am very disappointed by this version. Players units can look round corners but not over ledges? Sack whoever did this.ģ. There's no defence system for bases!! How's that possible? Overall, the game is so annoying and lot fun at all. When Pandorans are going to attack your base with thousands worth of facilities you should receive A BIG NOTIFUATION but instead there's just a small note on the top right corner which it's highly likely to be missed! 10. Every action and development is so expensive and doesn't really make that much difference. Armoured vehicles are totally useless! 7. I see no point in air fight! Super boring and just based on chance. There are no useful and cool research development for guns and armors. Scavenging missions are so not worth it: spending an hour of a boring fight for very little amount of resources. You don't feel like making any developments. The resources are TOOOOO scarce and super annoying. The game is very unbalanced and after playing for a few hour, fights are not fun at all but rather repetitive and annoying. The idea is great indeed and promises a lot but delivers very little. As a big fan of Xcom, and after playing over 50 hours Pheonix Point here's my review: 1.
